Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 21, 2026

dhrive is built and operated by Cyos Technologies LTDA (we, us). This policy explains what we collect when you use dhrive.app (the Site) and the dhrive desktop app (the App), and the rights you have over that data.

The short version

dhrive is local-first. Your projects and source code are built and stored on your own Mac and are never sent to us, unless you turn on optional cloud backup. We do not sell your data, we do not run ad trackers, and the Site uses cookieless analytics, so there is no cookie banner.

What we collect

On the Site (dhrive.app)

In the App (dhrive)

Cookies

The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. This is why you do not see a cookie consent banner.

What we do not do

Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process the limited data above on the basis of legitimate interest (operating and securing the Site), contract (providing the accounts, backup, and paid features you request), and consent where it is required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (the EU and EEA under the GDPR, Brazil under the LGPD, California under the CCPA, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hey@dhrive.app and we will respond.

Data retention

Analytics are aggregate and retained by Vercel under their retention terms. Account data is kept while your account is active and is deleted on request or after you close your account. You can delete a project and its cloud backup from within the App at any time.

International transfers

Our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe) may process data in the United States and other regions, under their respective data-processing safeguards.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
